Is it safe to use my credit card?
We do not process credit card transactions or store your payment info. Instead, we use Braintree Payments to manage our payments. Processing secure payments is a complicated task, so we leave that work to Braintree so we can focus on tracking reviews while providing you with the best and safest payment solution.
Why was my credit card charged?
Once your free trial ends and you have added a credit card, our payment gateway (Braintree Payments) will charge your credit card on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time.
Why are some of my old reviews missing?
We try to grab as many of your old reviews as possible when you first sign up. If you have a large number of old reviews, we might not be able to download all of them due to restrictions from the various review sites. We will, however, track all future reviews from the time you sign up.
Do you track Google Play reviews?
Yes, Google Play reviews are tracked for your apps. If you are interested in any additional review sites being included, please tell us.
What sites/services do you track for app reviews?
We currently track reviews from the iOS and Mac App Stores (in 150+ countries) and Google Play (40+ languages). Apps for watchOS and tvOS are also supported.
What sites/services do you track for book reviews?
So far we monitor Amazon.com, Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.ca, Barnes & Noble, Goodreads, Kobo, Audible.com, and iBooks (in 50+ countries). We are in the midst of adding additional sites including several Amazon locales.
What sites/services do you track for podcast reviews?
Right now we track Stitcher and iTunes reviews. Please tell us if you know of another podcast review service we should be monitoring.
What sites/services do you track for restaurant reviews?
Our restaurant review tracking service includes Yelp, TripAdvisor, Facebook, Google, OpenTable, FourSquare, Grubhub/Seamless, and YellowPages.
